This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Aaditrisia Construction OPC PVT LTD reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement Process :-

• Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd. enters into agreements with clients on an adjustable amount of ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh only), ensuring flexibility and transparency in every project.

• Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd. ensures that every client requirement is carefully documented in a transparent agreement. Each agreement includes a clearly defined package rate and fixed expenses, designed to make your dream home a reality.

  We provide complete details of the materials to be used, along with a fixed project completion date. The agreement also specifies the payment schedule, including post‑dated cheque numbers and amounts, ensuring clarity, trust, and accountability at every step.

• Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd. carefully designs and develops every project, preparing and submitting sanction plans fully aligned with each client’s requirements.

• Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd. follows a transparent payment process. For every work order, the agreed amount is debited in advance on the fixed date specified in the agreement, ensuring clarity and smooth project execution.

• Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering every residential, commercial, or individual housing project on the agreed timeline as specified in the contract. We ensure punctual handover with complete transparency and reliability.

• Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd. maintains strict financial transparency. If a client fails to clear the agreed payment within 15 days of the due date specified in the agreement, or in the event of a cheque bounce, project work will be put on hold.

  Unless prior notice is provided within 15 days of cheque clearance, necessary legal actions will be initiated to protect the integrity of the agreement and ensure fairness for all parties involved.

• Professional Website Draft:
  Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd. levies 12% GST on the total cost of each package, in compliance with the Goods and Services Tax regulations applicable to construction services in India.

• Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd. accepts payments exclusively through cheques and post‑dated cheques as specified in the agreement. No other payment methods are permitted, ensuring transparency, accountability, and secure financial transactions for every project.

• The customer needs to provide the cheque in name of Aaditrisia Construction OPC PVT LTD.

Content of Liability

• Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any comments, opinions, or information posted by users on this website.

• All comments reflect the views of the individual posting them and not the company, its agents, or affiliates.

• No use of Aaditrisia Construction OPC Pvt. Ltd.’s logo, artwork, or branding is permitted without prior written consent or a valid trademark license agreement.

• Approved organizations may hyperlink to our website using our corporate name, URL, or relevant descriptions, provided such use aligns with professional standards.
